I ordered some cane spline material to stat the long overdue restoration of two 1940's manilla cane armchairs.
It was only a small order but very much needed. It arrived promptly, in good condition and as per description. I was able to use the splines as intended to repair failed original splines and the result is very good and I am very happy with the outcome.

This is exactly what I wanted for my repair project. Haven’t used it yet as I’m still sourcing the rattan round core wicker spline around 8mm-10mm. The 5mm I ordered wasn’t thick enough. The staff at Direct Factory were fantastic really helpful and gave me detailed information.😊 Thanks

I needed extra rattan to wrap around the spacers I made to make these stools higher for my benchtop and it was the perfect pattern and quality of the rattan and beading was excellent! Stained it all to match my vintage stools , came up a treat ! Thankyou also for the “ tips when working with rattan” that really helped with the project Cheers !

The Chairs are just as described in colour and style, very happy with them :) Not only are the products of outstanding quality the customer service is also outstanding. Jonathan was excellent to deal with, friendly prompt and reliable and the pricing was amazing !
