Round Core Wicker Pith / Spline Cane For Rattan And Cane Furniture Repairs

The rattan round core spline is widely used for weaving, rattan chair restoration and furniture up-cycling.

Rattan Chair Repairs - Acts as a mechanical fastener to secure new rattan webbing into groove of chair framing. Suitable diameter of round core is 1mm smaller than size of groove, typically 4mm or 5mm.

Furniture Up-Cycling - Normally used as a trim to cover up edges of rattan webbing.

Please be sure to measure the groove in your chair before selecting the size of spline. Soak the spline for 5-10 minutes in water before use to make it more pliable.

Colour - 3mm & 4mm (semi-bleached light brown), 5mm & 6mm (bleached near white)
