It was my first time using Rattan and it worked a treat.
Soaked it in the bath for 20 minutes, stapled it to the insides sides of a couch that I was refurbishing and as it dried it tightened up really good.

I received the set of 3 rattan planters and they are perfect! They are just a great size and a really good price. They arrives so quick and look exactly like the pictures. I look forward to seeing how they hold up in the Australian weather however I am optimistic they will be fine. Look forward to buying more products.

Delivery cost & time were very reasonable and they dispatched quickly and products delivered within stated timeframe (even though we are in a little town out bush). What was delivered both exactly matched what was ordered and depticted on their website - right down to the colour.

The tri planters are great and look amazing out in my backyard. These planters are strong and sturdy and look amazing with plants in them. We found this outdoor setting on line and liked the look of it. We tried to place an order and found there was no option to deliver to our address in QLD. We reached out to The Direct Factory Furniture Australia and spoke with one of the team. So helpful. They called us back and had sorted an alternative carrier and sorted a competitive freight quote. They sent us through an online invoice and we placed the order immediately. The outdoor setting arrived in a very reasonable time and looks fantastic. The quality is good and is exactly what we were looking for. Highly recommend this company and there products.

My Wife and I would highly reccomend both Jenny and Jonathan from DF Furniture in Knoxfield. They lead by example with product knowledge , attiitude, and a genuine desire to help, the customer. Other such businesses should take note.
We were able to visit their well layed out showroom and had their full attention without feeling under pressure. Finding exactly what we wanted that was in stock, after checking their well displaid web site., finding
their pricing far more realistic than the usual large outdoor furniture retailers.
We will certainly be back to purchase more in their vast range of outdoor / indoor furniture.
